McFlamingo is a funny name, we know. Mc comes from a family name and Flamingo from the bird is the epitome of “you are what you eat.” Long, lean, graceful, and pink from all the shrimp that they eat.

McFlamingo’s mission is to create a dining experience in which vegetables are an indulgence and are served in a delicious and hearty way. We create an environment in which our guests feel good about themselves for making a good decision to eat good food that is good for their bodies, good for the community, and good for the environment.
